Deposit Policy

RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED FOR ALL OUR EVENTS AS SOME WEEKENDS ARE COMPLETELY FILLED MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
Once you place your reservations with us by phone, you may put the deposit on a major credit card, or you may mail a check to us.  Your deposit will be expected within 7 days of making the reservation.   RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A 14 DAY NOTIFICATION.  At that time, the deposit may be transferred to another date or we will mail you a refund. 

DEPOSIT FEES for RESERVATIONS: (Credited towards total fees due at check-in)
ELECTRIC SITE: $10.00 / night

LODGE AND LOG CABINS: $50.00 / night
ONE ROOM CABINS: $25.00 / night
HORSE STALLS: $5.00 each / night
